JetBaz Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement Pakistan

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and VIP members of JetBaz, regardless of how they access the platform — via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any future application. By registering an account on JetBaz you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, that you are of legal age to engage in online gaming activities, and that you will abide by all rules set out here and in any supplementary policies referenced within this document.

JetBaz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the JetBaz platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

To register and maintain an active JetBaz account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JetBaz operates a strict 18+ policy and employs age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds confiscated.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and organisations may not register as players.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of JetBaz, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless written permission has been granted by JetBaz management.
• You must not already hold an active JetBaz account. Only one account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have otherwise requested account restrictions that would prohibit gaming activity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent for any third party when depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.

JetBaz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request will result in account closure.

When registering a JetBaz account you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested at registration or during subsequent verification. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and any security PINs associated with your JetBaz account. You must not share your login details with any other person. JetBaz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from JetBaz and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

• One account per person — operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all associated balances being voided.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• The email address and mobile number registered on your account must remain valid and accessible to you at all times. These are used for security verification, bonus notifications and withdrawal confirmations.
• Changes to your registered name, date of birth or national ID information require documentary evidence and are subject to JetBaz review. Contact support to initiate any such change.

JetBaz processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Currency conversion is not offered — all balances, transactions and payouts are denominated exclusively in PKR.

• All funds deposited into your JetBaz account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. JetBaz may request confirmation of your payment account before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum review period of two hours for standard accounts. VIP Gold members receive 2-hour processing, Platinum 1-hour, and Diamond instant processing around the clock.
• JetBaz reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests for documentation are communicated via email and must be responded to within 14 days.
• Any deposit made by credit or debit card may be subject to a 3–5 business day holding period before withdrawal is permitted. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and applies to all new accounts.

JetBaz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus you confirm acceptance of all applicable terms.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match up to Rs 50,000 is available to new JetBaz members only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address and payment method. The bonus requires a minimum deposit of Rs 200 to activate.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a 20x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed.
• Game Restrictions: Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at 20%, table games at 10%, and slots at 100% unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback credited under the JetBaz VIP Club programme carries no wagering requirement and is credited as real PKR. Full VIP Club terms are set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Abuse Prevention: JetBaz monitors for bonus abuse including the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonus structures will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
• Expiry: Free spins must be used within 7 days of being credited. Reload bonus credits expire 14 days after activation. Birthday bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being issued.

All games available on JetBaz are provided by licensed, internationally regulated software studios. The rules for each game are governed by the publisher's own game mechanics and rules documentation, which is accessible from within each game. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, the more restrictive provision applies.

• JetBaz does not operate or maintain the random number generation systems within games. All outcomes are determined by the software provider's certified RNG. JetBaz has no ability to influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed or voided in accordance with the software provider's rules for that game. JetBaz is not liable for connection failures beyond its reasonable control.
• In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or erroneous display of odds or payouts, JetBaz reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. Any winnings paid out as a result of a technical error will be recovered.
• Bets placed after the closing of a market or after an event has commenced may be void. JetBaz will clearly display market closing times where applicable.
• Tournament prizes are awarded as stated in the specific tournament rules. JetBaz reserves the right to cancel or modify tournaments in exceptional circumstances, including platform-wide technical issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JetBaz. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false or misleading registration information at any stage.
• Opening or operating more than one JetBaz account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, markets or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or tournaments.
• Using JetBaz for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing JetBaz staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any external means.

The JetBaz VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme available to all registered members. Participation is automatic — every account begins at Bronze tier upon registration. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering volume across all game categories on the platform. The following terms govern participation in the VIP programme.

• VIP tier status is assessed quarterly based on wagering activity during the preceding three calendar months. Tier reductions may occur if wagering falls below the relevant threshold for two consecutive quarterly reviews.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) during the Monday-to-Sunday period. Cashback is credited to your PKR wallet every subsequent Monday before 12:00 PM PKT.
• Birthday bonuses are credited automatically on your registered date of birth. You must have made at least one deposit in the 90 days preceding your birthday to qualify. Birthday bonuses carry no wagering requirement and expire after 7 days if unclaimed.
• Dedicated account manager service commences at Gold tier. JetBaz reserves the right to reassign account managers without notice. Account managers are available during extended business hours and are not a 24/7 service at Gold tier; full 24/7 personal service is available at Diamond tier only.
• JetBaz reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, or benefit structures with 30 days' notice. Existing tier status will be honoured for the current quarterly period following any such change.

JetBaz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings and include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Reminders: You may configure reminders to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration. These reminders do not prevent continued play but are designed to promote awareness of time spent gaming.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming has become problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, JetBaz will use reasonable efforts to prevent excluded individuals from creating new accounts on the platform.

JetBaz collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform operation. The full details of how your data is used, stored and protected are set out in the JetBaz Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

• All personal data and financial transactions are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption.
• JetBaz does not sell, rent or trade personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data (card numbers, mobile wallet credentials) is processed directly by our payment partners and is not stored on JetBaz servers.
• JetBaz may be required by law to disclose account information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities. We will comply with all lawful requests for information and will notify account holders where legally permissible.

All content on the JetBaz platform — including but not limited to the JetBaz name, logo, website design, graphics, written content, software and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of JetBaz or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any JetBaz content without prior written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the JetBaz platform.
• You may not use the JetBaz name, logo or branding in any promotional, affiliate or commercial context without explicit written authorisation from JetBaz management.

JetBaz provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of displayed odds, or the performance of third-party game software. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetBaz excludes all liability for indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from your use of the platform.

• JetBaz is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned platform outages. Where maintenance results in the interruption of an active game round, affected stakes will be refunded.
• JetBaz is not responsible for any taxes or duties payable by you on winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
• In no event shall JetBaz's total aggregate liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

JetBaz may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments are effective from the date on which they are published on this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, payment terms, bonus conditions or account closure procedures — JetBaz will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to all registered members whose accounts have been active within the preceding 90 days.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised for all amendments. Your continued use of JetBaz following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and JetBaz, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance — the majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication without escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of the formal complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against JetBaz.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to support@jetbaz.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a detailed description of the issue including relevant dates, transaction IDs and any supporting evidence. JetBaz will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.
