Yes — you must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on JetBaz. This is a hard rule with no exceptions. When you submit the registration form, you confirm that you are 18 or above. Age verification using your CNIC may be carried out at any point, including before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method.

No — JetBaz operates a strict one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts are detected using mobile number matching, payment method fingerprinting, and device data. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts may be closed, winnings may be voided, and deposits returned to the original payment method. You cannot change your mobile number yourself from within account settings — this requires identity verification by the JetBaz team. Email support@jetbaz.click with your full name, the old number, the new number, and a scan of your CNIC. The team will update your registered number within 24 hours after verifying your identity. It is important to do this promptly if you change your SIM — your mobile number is needed for OTP verification during login and withdrawals.

JetBaz requires a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (both front and back) for identity verification. In some cases, additional proof of address or proof of payment method ownership may be requested — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet confirming the number matches your registered JetBaz account. Upload documents from the Verification section inside your account dashboard. KYC is typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
Deposits & Payments

JetBaz accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani rupees — there are no currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Easypaisa and JazzCash top-ups are typically the fastest option, landing in your JetBaz balance within seconds of completing the mobile wallet payment.

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash is Rs 100. For NayaPay and SadaPay the minimum is also Rs 100. For IBFT bank transfers the minimum is Rs 500 due to bank processing requirements. For Visa/Mastercard card deposits the minimum is Rs 300. Note that to activate the JetBaz welcome bonus (100% up to Rs 50,000), your first deposit must be Rs 200 or more. Deposits below Rs 200 are still valid but will not trigger the welcome bonus.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits almost always land instantly. If your balance has not updated after 5 minutes, do the following: first, refresh your JetBaz account balance page. Second, check your Easypaisa transaction history to confirm the payment actually went through successfully on your wallet's end — sometimes a payment appears to go through but fails silently at the telco side. If Easypaisa confirms the payment was deducted but JetBaz still shows no credit after 15 minutes, contact support via live chat or email support@jetbaz.click with your Easypaisa transaction reference number and the exact amount.

JetBaz does not charge any deposit fees on our end. However, some payment providers — particularly certain banks for IBFT transfers — may charge their own small processing fees on outgoing transactions. This is outside JetBaz's control. Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay transfers to JetBaz are typically fee-free from the wallet side as well, though this can change based on the telco's own pricing. Always check your wallet's current fee schedule if you are unsure.

No. JetBaz requires that all deposits come from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party wallets — a family member's Easypaisa, a friend's JazzCash — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, it will be returned to the source wallet and may result in an account review. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to ensure that withdrawals can only be made to the same person who deposited. Use only your own registered wallet or bank account when depositing on JetBaz.

For verified accounts, standard withdrawal processing is same-day to Easypaisa or JazzCash for requests submitted before 8 PM PKT. There are four common reasons for a delayed withdrawal: (1) Your KYC documents have not been submitted or verified yet — this is the most frequent cause for new members. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not something specific to JetBaz — all reputable online platforms operate this way. If you have genuinely changed your Easypaisa or JazzCash number since depositing, contact support with documentation confirming the change and the team will guide you through the verification process to update your withdrawal destination.

The bonus is credited to your bonus wallet automatically — you do not need to enter a code. The bonus has a 20x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the total of deposit plus bonus 20 times before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited. Example: deposit Rs 1,000 and you receive Rs 1,000 bonus. You need to wager Rs 40,000 (Rs 2,000 × 20) to clear the wagering requirement.

Every JetBaz member receives weekly cashback on their net losses — the amount returned depends on your VIP Club tier. Bronze members receive 5% cashback, Silver 7%, Gold 10%, Platinum 12% and Diamond 15%. Cashback is calculated every Sunday on your net losses for that calendar week and credited to your account every Monday morning. The cashback credit arrives in your real-money balance with no wagering requirement — it is available to play or withdraw immediately. You do not need to opt in; cashback is automatic for all members.

There are a few reasons this can happen. First, check that your first deposit was Rs 200 or more — deposits below this amount do not trigger the welcome bonus. Second, check your bonus wallet separately from your main balance — the bonus appears in the promotions or bonus section of your dashboard, not in your main real-money balance. Third, if you registered using a referral code, the bonus structure may differ from the standard offer — check the Promotions page for the referral-specific terms. JetBaz settles cricket bets using official match results as announced by the relevant cricket board (PCB for PSL, ICC for international matches). For match winner markets, the team declared victorious in the official result is the winner — DLS method results are accepted as official in weather-affected matches. For over/under and player performance markets, official scorecards are used. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of the official match result being declared. In-play bets are settled at the time they are placed — the odds you accepted at bet placement are the odds used for settlement.

If a match is officially abandoned without a result being declared — usually due to rain or weather — all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your JetBaz balance. In matches where DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) produces an official result, bets are settled on that result. For in-play bets placed after the match has started, settlement follows the official result at the time the match is concluded or abandoned. Yes — JetBaz offers cash-out functionality on selected live betting markets. When a cash-out option is available, a "Cash Out" button appears next to your active bet in the My Bets section. The cash-out value updates in real time based on current match conditions and remaining market odds.
